I thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams tasked with identifying, defining, and solving problems. In my current work, those problems are usually user-centered but often take into consideration business pain points and technical constraints. I gravitate towards creating high-fidelity designs but have a strong skill set with research, planning, and strategy thanks to a former career in higher education and program management.
